My Fitness Journey
We left for miami on thursday and i had set the intention to work out in the fitness center there every day but it just didnt.
My fitness journey. Every diet you try that doesnt work and every workout routine that isnt right gets you closer and closer to discovering what choices are right what habits will work and how you will ultimately find balance for. My followers on instagram shared with me that they wanted me to speak about fitness. I hope you guys enjoyed reading this series as much as i have enjoyed sharing it. I open up about my fitness journey and how to start getting disciplined to start working out.
I do not know who all reads this but if i can just help or inspire one person then thats fulfilling enough to me. Due to lifes circumstances i wasnt able to make it to the gym for about a week and a half. Along with it the size of my clothing and the number on the scale has fluctuated tremendously. Maybe most importantly the internal changes and struggles have been the most challenging.
I cant believe i am saying that but it is the truth. Ive had several people ask me to talk about what i do to stay in shape. I started to fall off the wagon sadly. To be honest i was in funk.
Its so funny because a week ago i was feeling very much in shape working out 5 days a week with my trainer and enjoying my workouts. And let me tell you that sucked. Trying to live life to the fullest. When you try and transform your life theres always going to be a learning curve.
Its just finding what works for you at that moment what makes you happy. Ive had more ups and downs than i care to remember or admit. I started around 5 years old and. My fitness journey isnt straightforward and you shouldnt expect yours to be either.
My fitness journey has certainly not been a linear one. Hey guys sorry i havent posted in a while.
